Ready or not, practice starts tonight!  Don't forget our practice schedule this week at the Glenridge pool:

6 and under swimmers: 5:00-5:30

7-10 year old swimmers: 5:30-6:15

11 and older swimmers: 6:15-7:00

I will have the swimsuit fit kit available for kids to try on suits for sizing.  For sizing guidelines, size 22 is the smallest size and fits kids around 5-6 years old.  Size 24 is good for kids around 8 years old, size 26 is around 10-16, size 28 is for kids around 12-14 and so on.  Remember, chlorine does break down a suit over the course of the season so a suit that feels a little snug right now will stretch.  Better a little tight than a little baggy.  The link to our team store to order your suit is here:  https://www.swimoutlet.com/collections/glenridgega...

The first two weeks we spend going over stroke basics and assessing water safety.  If your swimmer or your family has other obligations this week, don't worry!  We are all struggling to make it through this last week of chaos before the end of the school year.  Summer swim should be fun - not stressful.
