Hi Gators,

Here is all of the info you need for the meet tonight.  Please pay special attention to the information regarding parking.

Arrival:  anytime after 4:30 but please try to have the kids there by 5:00pm

Chairs: bring your own deck chairs

Tent: bring one if you have it.  I'll have my bright yellow tent that can be use as a holding/staging area for the kids

Post meet gathering:  We will meet at Dari-o in Clemmons after the meet for anyone that is interested in a meet up!

Heat sheets: attached to this email.

Here is all of the information provided by Westwood:

Location: Westwood Pool and Tennis Club, 265 Harper Street, Winston Salem

• You may arrive at 4:30 or later
• Home team warm up @ 4:55-5:10 PM.
• Away team warm up @ 5:10-5:25 PM.
• Timers/officials meeting @ 5:10 PM
• Meet will start @ 5:30 PM

Parking: Westwood parking can be limited. Please remember to NOT park on the street in front of the Club, and be courteous not to block our neighbors' driveways. Twin City Health, our area's Holistic Chiropractic Care center, is generously offering their parking lot for our guests to use during meets.

General Information:

• Spectators are welcome to bring deck chairs as we may not have enough for everyone. The opposing team swimmer area will be on the back right corner of the pool area, in the shaded area.
• We will plan to use dive overs for the 11 and over events to save time. We have overhead deck lighting and pool lights in case it gets dark on us.
• No parents behind the start area unless you are a volunteer. No swimmers behind the start area unless you are lined up for your event. We have limited space and it gets chaotic.
• Our Baby Pool will be closed at the meet. Please advise your swimmers not to go in there.

Food, Drinks, and Entertainment:

• We will sell food items out of our grill; items will be cash or card. *We have attached the menu below.*
• Sunset Slush is on the scene from 5pm-8pm. If you have a Sunset Slush Koozie bring it! Sunset Slush is cash, card, Venmo, Apple Pay. 2 scoop cups are $5, koozie $11 and refills are $1.25 per scoop
• Music from our DJ.
• We are also doing a 50/50 raffle. $1/ticket, $2/3 tickets, $5/7 tickets, or $20 for an arm's length. We will be taking Venmo and cash.
